Chick Chat / Coffee Talk An evening where we simply meet at a local cafe and chat. This event is to encourage members to get to know one another in a casual environment as a lot of our events are organized activities and we don't get that down time. Sometimes we add a 'twist' by inviting a guest speakers to facilitate discussions on topics relating to balance, health and women's issues.

"Dirty Little Secret Sunday" aka BINGO  For those who have a secret desire to hang out in a bingo hall and dab numbers...but just can't tell anyone! We take our dirty little secret on the road, our dabbers off the shelf and tell our loved ones we're going shopping to sneak into a bingo hall with the girls. (Non-smoking section). For the rest of you who simply want to do something fun and funky we have Naughty Night Out aka themed pub BINGO ... you never know what prize you'll be taking home!! (for adults only!)  Birthday Celebrations As adults we often get "neglected" on our birthdays so we're celebrating together! This is a fun and interactive event which will leave you wishing it were your birthday every month! There is a club birthday calender that all members are asked to register on and you can just check the club calender for the date and location of your party!! Everyone is invited to these outings but the guests of honor are of course, the birthday girls!  Gourmet Girls A 'foodie' event where we explore our senses through the pleasures of taste. This is a semi dinner club where we tempt our palates with the cities finest foods through dining at some of Toronto's finest restaurants and / or exploring our creative sides by indulging in wine tasting, truffle making, etc.  Artsy Chic If you're the crafty type, you'll like this. We do things like pottery painting, beading, knitting, sewing, mosaic, scrap booking, etc.  An evening to simply enjoy ourselves while letting our creative minds go wild! Flicks & Chicks We get together to take in one of the new releases to the theatres and go for coffee afterwards. We offer discount movie tickets for this event ($10 tax included)! Movies are followed by chit chat at a local pub or cafe. Parlor Games  This is a fun and laid back evening of playing games!! Board games, card games, poker, etc. Anything goes. We host this event at a local restaurant, have Hor D'ourves and drinks served and just kick back!! Meet and Greet Brunch Everyone loves brunches!! We meet on a Sunday morning for brunch and chatting! Great opportunity to get to know your fellow group members in a relaxed atmosphere. The brunch is a great first event as it's organized especially to welcome new members to the club. Lots of current members attend as well, as we all remember our first time out and want to welcome new members in and make them feel comfortable. Book Babes A book club that meets bi-monthly in a downtown location to review the latest selection. We also host a book swap where you can trade your books with fellow club members or have your previously loved books donated to local charities. Beauty School Drop Out  This is an event you won't want to miss. It's like jumping inside of a Cosmopolitan magazine! We learn the art of make-up application, hair styling,  estethics, style imaging and just about anything else a modern woman should know ... but often doesn't! Comedy Club & Pub Night We head out to a local comedy venue and go for drinks and dancing afterwards. Live Theatre We rotate between the comedy club and theatre outings, taking in the newest of both main stage and community productions.  Bellini Bash  A favorite summer drink, the Bellini, we head off to the original home of this now famous slushy drink. Often copied, never duplicated! A cool blend of premium white rum, peach liquer and champagne, topped with sangria. Urban Hikes Nothing like getting moving and enjoying the great outdoors.If you need some motivation, as we all do sometimes, join us on our urban hikes where we'll explore the city on foot. As well, we head out of town regularly to explore the great outdoors in Ontario. Car pooling is arranged to get you there. Hikes usually last 3-4 hours and suit all fitness levels. Don't forget your water!! Health and Wellness Series We all need to take care of our bodies and minds. To help us find the tools to do this we offer a series of workshops and trainings ranging from nutrition and exercise to standard first aid certification. Volunteer / Charity Work We have a member run committee which selects charities to support and organizes various events throughout the year from fundraising with 50/50 Raffle Draws, to walk-a-thons, to volunteering at Gala Balls and hosting a holiday dinner for a local agency which services autistic children and their families. We even build houses (with Habitat for Humanity). If there's a job to do - we're there. If everyone does a little ... a lot can be done! We do lots of other events, depending on the season including an annual 3-day spa trip, day spas,  wine tours, sports events (volleyball / rock climbing / skiing, etc), trade shows and some singles events for our single ladies. If you're into the more extreme stuff you'll find opportunity to try things like white water rafting and skydiving as well! Check out the sidebar for a listing of upcoming events!
